“The red Soderholm trucks have been a daily staple in the neighborhood as long as we can remember.

When my husband and I made the decision that our current house wasn’t working and we wanted to build something for our family, the Soderholms were currently building a home for our friends.

Upon the first meeting we knew the Soderholms were our builders. We didn’t have a place to build yet and the Soderholm embarked on a property search using their expertise to guide us on pros and cons and feasibility. The Soderholms stayed alongside us and recommended through architect interviews as well as the selection of the team.

The lot we ended settling on had some significant encumbrances and permitting over sight and jurisdiction. We honestly don’t know if we could have had the project approved had it not been for the Soderholm’s reputation in town as well as their constant commitment to always doing the right thing.

Ultimately we received our approvals and were able to build our dream house. This was during the cost and shortage impacts of COVID and added significant cost and delays. The Soderholms were so open and fair with helping us again navigate these issues and are truly your partner in the process not just a builder.

The team continues to take care of the property and we are proud to say they are our builders and now we get to have those bright red trucks in our driveway as well as give them a wave as we still see them all over town.
